Helvellyn, Lake District

We’ll be ascending from Swirls on the Thirlmere side of the mountain which is a straightforward climb without the exposure of Striding Edge.
The long climb to the summit of the third highest mountain in the Lake District is rewarded with amazing views across the Lake District and beyond if we have a clear day.
