Hi I’m Kevin Parnham
The great outdoors of the UK is where I love to be and I love to share this passion with others.
I started my journey 20+ years ago whilst taking part in the National Three Peaks, reaching the summit of Scafell Pike at 9pm on a Friday evening in June with the sun going down and not a cloud in the sky. This was my epiphany, the absolutely stunning site of the surrounding mountains in all their glory in the setting sun light set me on a journey of adventure.
20+ years of hiking and scrambling the hills and mountains of the UK with groups, friends, partner ,Ruby ,our dog and on my own exploring extensively in the Lake District, Snowdonia, Yorkshire Dales, Peak District and Scottish Highlands but also enjoy the low-level walks close to where we live.
In the last few years, I have added guiding services and navigation training to my skills. I am passionate about supporting others to make the most of the great outdoors, helping and supporting people to achieve their goals whether this is a walk along the local river bank or climbing the highest mountains the UK has to offer and anything in between.

Our walk and talk therapist, is a highly experienced and qualified BACP registered counsellor and can lead and support clients to explore a wide range of difficulties, problems, issues and concerns whilst walking in the outdoors.

Hi,I'm Ruby,I'm 3 years old and I'm the Mountain and Moor Adventures team dog and you'll see me on most events.
I'm very friendly and well behaved and I always like a fuss and dog treats.
I will always be checking up on the group during our walks to ensure everyone is ok.
